The daily challenge of contemporary aesthetic dentistry is to restore our patients' smiles. It has a vast therapeutic arsenal whose primary objective is to achieve a perfectly biomimetic restoration. In this context, complex implant rehabilitations — particularly those of the anterior sector and complete arches — require a global and multidisciplinary approach. It is then necessary to establish a perfectly articulated surgical and prosthetic kinematics.
This conference aims to present an overview applicable to complex clinical situations. The approach is based, from the preliminary phase, on the analysis of the clinical data collected and the contextualization of the objectives specific to each discipline. This reflection leads to a detailed chronology of care, where each specialty finds its precise place and role. The resulting prosthetic project becomes the guiding thread for the different surgical steps (implant positioning and tissue reconstruction) and allows, after healing, to finalize the prosthetic phase under the best conditions.
Through several clinical cases, we will show how digital tools are now a major asset: they allow for the streamlining of steps, improved communication between stakeholders, and a more accomplished final result. The main objective remains constant: to achieve the most predictable and reproducible biomimetic rehabilitation possible.
